How do you ensure the condition of trading cards during shipping?

We take collectible integrity seriously. All individual cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader, then secured between cardboard stabilizers to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit.

Are your booster boxes and packs factory sealed?

Yes, all our sealed products are sourced directly from authorized distributors. We guarantee that every booster box, elite trainer box, and pack is unsearched and retains its original factory shrink wrap.

What is your return policy on collectible items?

Due to market volatility, we offer a 14-day return policy on unopened, factory-sealed merchandise only. We cannot accept returns on individual cards (singles) or opened packs once the seal has been broken.

Do you sell professionally graded cards?

We offer a curated selection of cards graded by industry leaders such as PSA, BGS, and CGC. The specific grade and certification number will always be clearly listed and photographed in the product description.

How long does domestic shipping take?
